Disputes and Claims

We prioritize resolving any disputes or claims through our support system. Please reach out to us at support@gogetemcommunity.com before filing any dispute or claim. We may decline disputes and claims that have not followed this process.

Refund Policy

Annual members can get a full refund within the first 48 hours, no questions asked. After this period, no refunds are available (you can cancel at any time) . Monthly members are not eligible for the 48-hour refund policy. You can cancel at any time, if you cancel you will lose your access at the end of the billing cycle. By signing up, you agree to these terms and will not dispute charges.

This site is not a part of the Facebook website or Facebook Inc. It is not endorsed by Facebook in any way. FACEBOOK is a trademark of FACEBOOK, Inc.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms Of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms Of Service periodically for updates.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the GoGet’Em Community. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.gogetemcommunity.com and its subdomains (“Website”). By accessing or purchasing from the Website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

What You Are Buying:
 Your membership grants you digital access to the GoGet’Em Community Video Knowledge Library, which includes pre-recorded educational training materials. At this time, the membership does not include live coaching, group access, chat forums, or community interaction features.

This membership is non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

2. Definitions
  • “Client,” “You,” “Your” — The individual accessing or purchasing the membership.

  • “Services” — The GoGet’Em Community Video Knowledge Library.

3. User Guidelines (EULA)

By accessing the Services, you agree that:

  • You may view the materials for personal educational use only.

  • You may not republish, copy, record, screenshot, share, or distribute any materials.

  • Unauthorized use or sharing may result in immediate termination without refund.

We reserve the right to determine and enforce violations at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All videos, documents, branding, and training content are the exclusive intellectual property of GoGet’Em Community or its licensors. Membership does not grant ownership rights.

5. Communications

By enrolling, you consent to receive email and SMS notifications related to billing, account updates, and membership information.

6. 14-Day Free Trial
  • New members will be granted a 14-day free trial. During the free trial, you will have access to the GoGet’Em Community Video Knowledge Library and Community.

  • At the end of the 14-day trial, you will automatically be charged according to your selected billing plan:

    • Monthly Plan: $79/month, automatically billed each month after the trial period.

    • Yearly Plan: $799/year, automatically billed annually after the trial period.

  • You will receive reminder emails before your trial expires: one at 7 days and another 2 days before your charge.

  • Only one free trial is permitted per customer, household, or account.

7. Billing, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

By enrolling, you authorize GoGet’Em Community to charge your payment method at the end of your 14-day free trial and automatically renew based on your selected billing cycle:

  • Monthly Plan: $79/month, automatically billed each month after the 14-day trial period.

  • Yearly Plan: $799/year, automatically billed annually after the 14-day trial period.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your member dashboard or by contacting support@gogetemcommunity.com. Cancellations will apply to future billing periods only and do not result in a refund for past payments.

After cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period (monthly or annual).

8. Refund Policy (Non-Refundable)

All sales are final.
 Because the membership includes immediate digital access to educational content, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-use or dissatisfaction.

You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges.

9. Dispute Resolution / Chargebacks

If you believe a billing error has occurred, you agree to contact support@gogetemcommunity.com first to resolve the matter.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution is a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to submit:

  • Purchase records

  • Login/access logs

  • Timestamped acceptance of these Terms

  • Trial reminders and renewal notices

as evidence to dispute unauthorized chargebacks.
 False or fraudulent chargebacks may result in removal from future access and recovery of associated fees.

10. Earnings Disclaimer

No earnings, business results, or performance outcomes are guaranteed. Results vary based on personal effort and implementation.

11. Educational & Legal Disclaimer

All content is provided for educational purposes only.
 You are solely responsible for verifying compliance with local laws and consulting appropriate professionals where necessary.
 By participating, you agree to hold harmless GoGet’Em Community and related entities.

12. Cookies

Use of the Website indicates acceptance of our cookie practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse of materials, or conduct deemed harmful. Determinations are at our sole discretion.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoGet’Em Community and related entities are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

15. Updates to Terms

The most recent version of these Terms will always be posted at www.gogetemcommunity.com.

16. Third-Party Disclaimer

GoGet’Em Community is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party platforms.
 This site is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook™, Instagram™, Google™, YouTube™, TikTok™, Stripe™, PayPal™, or Zoom™.
 All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Florida courts.

18. Grandfathered Memberships

Members who enrolled in GoGet’Em Community prior to 11/7/2025 are considered “Grandfathered Members.” Grandfathered Members will retain:

  • Their original membership pricing, and

  • The same level of access to the GoGet’Em Community Video Knowledge Library that was included at the time of enrollment, and

  • The Terms and Conditions that were in effect at the time they originally enrolled (“Original Terms”).

The updated Terms and Conditions in this document do not apply to Grandfathered Members unless they voluntarily choose to upgrade, modify, or re-enroll under a new membership plan.

Grandfathered status remains valid only while the membership is active and payments are current. If a membership is canceled, allowed to lapse due to non-payment, changed to another plan, or terminated for any reason, the grandfathered pricing, access level, and Original Terms are permanently forfeited.

If a former Grandfathered Member re-enrolls at a future date, the membership will be subject to the pricing, access, and Terms in effect at the time of re-enrollment. No exceptions will be made to reinstate forfeited Grandfathered status.
