Disputes and Claims

We prioritize resolving any disputes or claims through our support system. Please reach out to us at support@gogetemcommunity.com before filing any dispute or claim. We may decline disputes and claims that have not followed this process.

Refund Policy

Annual members can get a full refund within the first 48 hours, no questions asked. After this period, no refunds are available (you can cancel at any time) . Monthly members are not eligible for the 48-hour refund policy. You can cancel at any time, if you cancel you will lose your access at the end of the billing cycle. By signing up, you agree to these terms and will not dispute charges.

This site is not a part of the Facebook website or Facebook Inc. It is not endorsed by Facebook in any way. FACEBOOK is a trademark of FACEBOOK, Inc.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms Of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms Of Service periodically for updates.

Welcome to the GoGet’Em Community. Please read these Terms and Conditions before using our website www.gogetemcommunity.com and its subdomains. By accessing www.gogetemcommunity.com, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept all of the Terms and Conditions stated here, please discontinue the use of www.gogetemcommunity.com.

What You Are Buying: Your enrollment grants you access to a digital, video-based knowledge library containing training materials, lessons, and educational content. This membership is non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

  1. Definitions
  • “Client,” “You,” “Your” — refers to you, the person accessing or purchasing from our Website.

  • “Services” — refers to the GoGet’Em Community membership.

  1. User Guidelines (EULA)

By using GoGet’Em Community, you agree to the following:

  • You must not republish, sell, rent, or redistribute any materials from the Website without written permission.

  • You may view and download materials solely for your own personal and non-commercial use.

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts or access for any misuse or violation of these Terms.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

 All materials, logos, designs, videos, and written content on the Website are the intellectual property of GoGet’Em Community or its licensors.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the materials for personal educational purposes ONLY. No ownership rights are transferred by your membership.

  1. Communications

 By joining, you agree to receive email and text communications from us regarding your membership, billing, and updates.

  1. FREE Trial Policy
  • 14-day FREE trial:
    Your selected payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the 14-day trial unless you cancel before the 14 day FREE trial ends.
  • You will receive a reminder email before your trial expires: at 7 days from sign up, we will check in with you and at 2 days before the charge our system will send you a reminder e-mail.
  • Only one FREE trial is allowed per customer. 
  1. Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation Policy
  • By enrolling, you authorize GoGet’Em Community to automatically charge your payment method on the 14th day from sign up and yearly after that.
  • Memberships auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date.
  • You may cancel anytime through your member dashboard or by contacting support@gogetemcommunity.com.
  • After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
  1. Refund Policy
  • All sales are final.
    Because the membership includes immediate digital access to educational content, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-use or dissatisfaction.
  • No refunds. Cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges.
  1. Dispute Resolution

 If you believe a billing error has occurred, you agree to contact support@gogetemcommunity.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution is a breach of these Terms.

 We will review your case and work to resolve any issue promptly.

 Customers agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute directly with GoGet’Em Community before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider.

 Because our products are digital memberships with immediate access to materials, trainings, and community resources, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once access is granted.

 Unauthorized chargebacks filed after access has been provided may be considered fraudulent, and we reserve the right to dispute such claims with evidence of service delivery and customer agreement to these Terms.

  1. Earnings Disclaimer

 We don’t believe in “get-rich-quick” programs. We believe in hard work, adding value, and serving others.

We do not and cannot guarantee specific financial or business results. Your success depends on your own effort, experience, and application.

Nothing on our Website or communications constitutes a promise of future earnings.

  1. Educational and Legal Disclaimer

The strategies, methods, and materials shared within our trainings and webinars are provided for educational purposes only and may not be applicable to all states, countries. You are responsible for verifying all local laws, regulations before implementing any advice. GoGet’Em Community is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party platforms.
 This site is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook™, Instagram™, Google™, YouTube™, TikTok™, Stripe™, PayPal™, or Zoom™.

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the Website, or your membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida, USA.

18. Grandfather Clause

Members who enrolled in the GoGet’Em Community prior to November 7, 2025 are considered “Grandfathered Members.” Grandfathered Members will retain:

  • Their original membership pricing, and

  • The same level of access to the GoGet’Em Community that was included at the time of enrollment, and
      
  • The Terms and Conditions that were in effect at the time they originally enrolled (“Original Terms”).

The updated Terms and Conditions on this page do not apply to Grandfathered Members unless they voluntarily choose to upgrade, modify, or re-enroll under a new membership plan.

Grandfathered status remains valid only while the membership is active and payments are current. If a membership is canceled, allowed to lapse due to non-payment, changed to another plan, or terminated for any reason, the grandfathered pricing, access level, and Original Terms are permanently forfeited.

If a former Grandfathered Member re-enrolls at a future date, the membership will be subject to the pricing, access, and Terms in effect at the time of re-enrollment. No exceptions will be made to reinstate forfeited Grandfathered status.
